By using this website (the "Website"), you accept these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), which forms a binding agreement between you and Neve Jewels Ltd. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your records. We recommend checking these Terms regularly for updates.
We may amend these Terms at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Material changes will not affect confirmed Orders. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

"Group Companies" means Neve Jewels Ltd.,Company Number 0645316, its fellow subsidiaries and related entities as defined under Article 2359 and 249-7 of the Italian Civil Code"
“Order" means a confirmed purchase of Products.
"Products" means jewellery and related items sold via the Website.
"Website" means www.diamondsfactory.eu and its associated pages and content.
"Website Content" means any information, text, images, photos, design, files, software, music, sound and video available on the Website.
Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website (www.diamondsfactory.eu) and its content, including any information, text, images, photos, designs, files, software, music, sound, and video ("Website Content"), provided by Neve Jewels Ltd. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.Use Of The Website

Liability
- We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accessibility of the Website but such accessibility cannot be guaranteed at all times. We will not be liable for any restrictions, interruptions or delays except where caused by our intent or gross negligence or breach.
- You acknowledge that we do not make any representation or warranty (express or implied) that any content on the Website is free of viruses or harmful components, and Diamonds Factory assumes no responsibility therefor.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from these Terms, the Website, or Products is limited to the price paid for the Products. This does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the ICC or other laws including consumer guarantees of conformity and acceptable quality.
- Diamonds Factory does not bear any liability arising out of any defects from any design, if any adjustments, alterations or any other modification has been carried out to the products by any third person, who is not authorized by Diamonds Factory. Although, this does not affect ICC rights for manufacturing defects (e.g. repair, replacement or refund).
- You must observe and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including all necessary customs, import, or other permits, when purchasing from our website. The import or export of products displayed on the website may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representations and assume no liability in connection with the import or export of products purchased.
- We provide the Website and Products on an "as is" basis, but this does not exclude implied guarantees under the ICC, such as conformity, quality, and fitness for purpose. We are not liable for defects from unauthorized third-party modifications, but this does not affect ICC rights.
- We reserve the rights to change any information, price or content and improvise the website at any time without any notice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantees, rights, remedies, or liabilities imposed by the Italian Consumer Code, 2022 or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Collection of Personal Data
- We may collect personal data, such as name, email address, and phone number, when you fill out a form on the website or sign up for a newsletter.
- This personal data will only be used for the specific purposes as mentioned in the above “Privacy clause” it was collected for, and may be shared with Group Companies for those purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
- We are 100% committed to protecting your privacy and security and we totally appreciate and respect how important privacy is. We will strive to ensure that your data is not used for any other than aforementioned by us or by the third parties engaged by us.

Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is prohibited by law or held by a court to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall, to the extent required, be severed and rendered ineffective to the extent possible without modifying the remaining provisions, and shall not in any way affect other circumstances or the validity or enforceability of these terms and conditions.
- These Terms, the Website, and contracts are governed by Italian law. Any dispute not resolved via complaints will be resolved in Italian courts.

Orders
Orders placed on www.diamondsfactory.eu will be subject to acceptance according to the terms and conditions.
- On placing the order and checking out, you are making an offer to accept the goods at the stated price subject to the terms and conditions.
- On acceptance, we will send you an Order Receipt that will have all your order details
agreed by you at the time of placing the order. However, such Receipt will not be
treated as a binding contract and the order will not be treated as 'accepted' for the
following reasons:
- Unauthorized payment;
- Partial payment in progress;
- Products out of stock;
- Error on the website regarding the price amount indicated;
- Order being cancelled;
- Cannot fulfil order.
Your purchase contract will not be complete until we send you an order confirmation email within 5 working days of receiving your order. If your order is not confirmed, any payment made will be refunded promptly.
Once confirmed, the Order is binding, subject to ICC rights (e.g., 14-day withdrawal for non-personalized goods).
Order Completion Reminders
By providing your contact information (e.g., email or phone number) during the checkout process or account sign-up, you consent to us sending you limited, non-promotional communications to assist with completing your order. This may include reminders about incomplete or abandoned orders, or any other assistance related to incomplete orders such as cart recovery emails or texts sent within 24-48 hours of the issue. These messages will include details of your items and an easy way to opt out or complete your purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time by [e.g., clicking the unsubscribe link, updating account preferences, or contacting support]. We will not use this information for unrelated marketing without your separate opt-in.

Once confirmed, the Order is binding, subject to ICC rights.
Delivery and Collection
- We offer free delivery to all UK destinations and free delivery to all international customers who spend over €500. All our products are individually labeled with specific delivery times listed on the product page.
- Free next day delivery only applies to products advertised as "free next day delivery."
- The free delivery and next day free delivery order are subject to availability, stock-levels and your ICC rights.
- As a made-to-order company, most of our products are subject to a manufacturing time. This is normally between 2-3 working weeks, and 3-4 working weeks if your item is bespoke.
- This does not affect your statutory guarantees of 14 days withdrawal.
- All the efforts will be made to dispatch and deliver the products within the stipulated timescale; however, delays could be inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If a delay in your delivery should occur, we will keep you updated on your order status and provide a new delivery date.
- We are not liable for losses from delays/cancellation unless it has occurred due to our breach. This does not affect ICC rights. You can contact us if you have any questions regarding your delivery issues at service@diamondsfactory.eu.
- Any item purchased with an option of in-store pick up by the customer, has to be collected within 90 days from when it arrives in-store. Any order not collected within 90 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee of the full order value. Restocking fee reflects costs; although it will be waived if it is due to our fault.
Price and Payment
- We take payment upon ordering; the merchant bank will verify the card details for security reasons.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa. You can also place an order by phone by calling our toll-free number 800 857 505.
- The prices shown include VAT and packaging.
- Products will not be shipped until and unless full payment for your order is received.
Anti-Money Laundering Compliance
For purchases exceeding €10,000 (or equivalent in GBP at the prevailing Central Bank of Ireland exchange rate) in cash, including banknotes, cash equivalents, or bank transfers deemed as cash, we are required to conduct customer due diligence under the Italian Anti-Money Laundering Law (D.Lgs. 231/2007, Art. 30) This applies to transactions made via our website (www.diamondsfactory.ie) or in our stores, particularly for customers resident in Ireland or transactions conducted in Italy.
- You must provide a valid government-issued photo identification, such as:
- a passport, driving licence, or other ID acceptable under Irish law (e.g., Public Services Card), and,
- proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill).
- Verification will occur before processing the transaction to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide valid identification may result in the transaction being declined.
- All personal information collected for this purpose will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Italian Personal Data Protection Code 2003. Data will be securely stored solely for compliance purposes and retained for 10 years after the transaction, as required by Italian Anti-Money Laundering Law 2007, unless a longer period is needed for ongoing investigations. This data will not be used for marketing without your explicit consent.
- For online orders involving cash payments above €10,000, you may be prompted to upload identification securely via our website or arrange in-store verification. For in-store purchases, identification must be presented at the time of payment.

Should you opt for an exchange, your new ring may contain fewer or more diamonds or a reduction or increase in precious metal weight which may cause an increase or decrease in the price. The promotion remains applicable to the size change for 30 days.

Additional Requirements For Customs Clearance In The United States
For shipments entering the United States, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requires identification of the ultimate consignee, the party receiving the imported goods. Customers importing goods into the United States may be required to provide a Social Security Number (SSN) for individuals. This information ensures compliance with U.S. customs regulations and facilitates timely customs clearance of the order.
Effective August 29, 2025, the suspension of the de minimis exemption requires all shipments, regardless of value, to undergo formal customs clearance, which may involve additional documentation, duties, and taxes. It is strongly recommended that you register your SSN or EIN with CBP in advance or use an authorized customs broker to avoid delays. Neve Jewels is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or shipment returns due to incomplete or inaccurate customs documentation provided by the customer. Price Match Offer Terms & Conditions
At Neve Jewels, we’re committed to offering our customers the best possible value. Our price match policy ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing you’re getting a fair price for a comparable product.
- Eligibility Criteria
- We will price match any comparable product offered by a retailer that operates both online and has a physical retail presence.
- We do not price match against Ebay, Amazon, marketplace platforms, or private sales.
- What Qualifies as a Comparable Product
- Certified Natural Diamonds:
- We will match any natural diamond that has a valid certificate number (engraved on the girdle).
- All Other Products:
- To qualify, specifications will need to match exactly, and clear evidence and links are required to verify price match i.e., design, gemstone, weight, colour, clarity, cut grade, stone shape, and metal type.
- Price Match Conditions
- The competitor’s price must be the full, regular retail price.
- Discounted, promotional, clearance, or sale items are not eligible.
- The price must be publicly visible and verifiable (a link or official quotation is required).
- Prices must be in the same currency.

- Exclusions
We will not price match:
- Retailers in administration, liquidation, or outlet stores.

- Process & Discretion
- All in-store price matches need to be approved by the manager.

- Neve Jewels reserves the right to refuse a price match based on objective criteria listed above.
- Time Frame & Accuracy
- Once a price is verified and matched, it will be honoured for 24 hours.
- This guarantee applies only before purchase. If you’ve already bought a product, our standard 30-day return policy still applies.
- The guarantee does not apply in the event of pricing or typographical errors by either party.
- General
- This policy does not affect your Italian Consumer Code (ICC) rights or any other applicable statutory rights under any law affecting this agreement.

Returns And Refunds
The customer is only eligible for Returns and Refund if he or she fulfils the following conditions:
- Engraved items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged.
- The jewellery is not engraved, bespoke or resized.
- The jewellery is in its original, perfect state and the barcode security tag is intact.
- Eligible products must be returned within 30 days after reception, unworn and in pristine condition.
- Customers have 30 days to reject faulty goods.
- The jewellery is returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
- Products bought via distance sales can be returned within 14 days. You may notify us to cancel the order. (Exclusion- Personalised products).
- Our 30 days return policy supplements your 14 days withdrawal rights under ICC.
- For non-conformity, remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination.There is no strict time limit if the customer has notified us reasonably.
- All returns will be assessed by our operations team prior to being accepted. Assessment usually takes between 10-14 days to be processed.
Any diamond fallen out of the ring or lost will not be covered under our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advise you to get the jewellery insured to protect yourself against such mishaps. Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives, and notify Diamonds Factory for any defect or damage, if you find any issues please contact us on 0207 138 3672 or email us at service@diamondsfactory.eu.
The jewellery sold at discount prices cannot be replaced at the same discounted price.
The delivery costs for returning the product will be customer's sole responsibility and will only be refundable in the event that there is a manufacturing fault with the product.
Note: Please return your purchase via Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx/ UPS and insure the package for the full amount of the purchase. Diamonds Factory is not responsible for damage or lost packages during shipment. Shipping is at your own cost unless the product is faulty.
A warranty period of 02 years is mandated by law in Italy depending on the expected lifespan of the item.
Your ICC rights are not affected by our commercial warranty.
Damaged and used items
- You must check the products as soon as you receive the same, with regards to any fault or damage. Kindly notify the same within 30 days from the date of delivery, but the ICC rights apply beyond this if reasonable, and we shall arrange for replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate under the ICC. However, failing to do so within 30 working days will not be acceptable for any refunds.
- Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than Diamonds Factory will not be accepted.
- Every product comes with a bar coded security tag which needs to be intact, breaking this tag will void your 30 Days returns.
- Any item repaired, resized or engraved by a third party not registered with or approved by Diamonds Factory jewellery workshop will void the manufacturing warranty.
- Items sent to our office without secure packaging and shipped beyond the return period, will not be eligible for refunds. All earrings must be returned unworn to be eligible for an exchange.
Ring Resizing
Resizing is an additional service and does not limit your ICC rights.
Getting the size of your ring right can be a complicated matter. We do offer resizing options depending on your ring type and complexity. Worn items can be resized except full eternity rings. Refer below for the resizing process and additional information. Our team is always available to help if you have any questions regarding the size of your ring. Our team will assess the feasibility before confirming the costs and you will be notified in advance.
Engagement and Diamond Rings: For plain wedding bands, rings without diamonds or gemstones, we offer free resizing up to 2 sizes up or down within 30 days of receiving your item.
For engagement rings with diamonds or gemstones (including custom-made rings), the items must be appraised to determine whether they can be resized or need to be remade. In both cases, resizing will be free within 30 days, up to two sizes larger or smaller. For sizes larger than two, a minimum fee of €69 will be charged.
Eternity Rings: Full Eternity Rings: Due to the nature of the setting, full eternity rings cannot be resized and must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Pricing will depend on the difference in size, with a minimum charge of €69. Contact our team to discuss alternative options for your ring.
Half and ¾ eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, all half and ¾ eternity rings must be appraised to determine whether they can be resized or need to be remade, which will incur a fee. The price will depend on the difference in size, with a minimum cost of €69.
Wedding rings: For plain wedding rings, not set with diamonds or gemstones, we offer free resizing up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receiving the items. For resizing more than two sizes, we charge a €69 fee. All rings will be appraised by our team before pricing is confirmed.
Wedding bands set with diamonds or gemstones should be inspected before resizing to ensure the nature of the setting allows for resizing.
Custom-made rings: We offer free resizing up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receipt, provided resizing is possible. For resizing more than two sizes, we charge a €69 fee. Once we receive your request, our team will assess whether resizing is possible and discuss it with you. Depending on the complexity of the ring, resizing may incur additional costs for the customer. This also applies if the ring needs to be remade if it cannot be resized as desired. The customer will be informed in advance of any additional costs. It will then be clarified whether the sizing adjustment is necessary.
Replating
To maintain the white gold whiteness of your jewellery through the years, your ring might need to be replated. We do offer Rhodium plating along with cleaning and polishing for a fee of 59€. Please contact our team for more information.Mobile Message Service Terms & Conditions
- The Diamonds Factory mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Neve Jewels Limited. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”).
- We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice.We may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
- By consenting to Diamonds Factory’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Diamonds Factory through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
- We and the group companies will only send SMS/text messages with your express consent in accordance with the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended).GDPR and subject to the e-Privacy Regulations and our Privacy Policy.
- We and group companies comply with Italian Personal Data Protection Code, ensuring lawful processing, identifying ourselves as the sender in every message, and providing a functional unsubscribe facility.
- You are solely responsible for all charges and fees associated with SMS/text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt-out of the Service anytime by texting STOP to in reply to one of our branded texts or clicking the unsubscribe (‘OPT OUT’) link. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.
- We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time. Any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
Complaints and Disputes

Intellectual Property Rights

Orders
Orders placed on www.diamondsfactory.eu will be subject to acceptance in accordance to the terms and conditions.

Your contract to purchase is not complete until we send you an e-mail of order confirmation within next 5 working days from the date of receipt of order. If your order is not confirmed, any payment made will be refunded promptly.

Delivery And Collection
- As a made-to-order company, most of our products are subject to a manufacturing time. This is normally between 2-3 working weeks, and 3-4 working weeks if your item is bespoke.
- This does not affect your statutory guarantees of 14 days withdrawal.
- All the efforts will be made to dispatch and deliver the products within the stipulated timescale; however, delays could be inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If a delay in your delivery occur, we will keep you updated on your order status and provide a new delivery date.
- We will not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer on account of late delivery or cancellation of your order. You can contact us if you have any questions regarding your delivery issues at service@diamondsfactory.eu.
- Any item purchased with an option of in-store pick up by the customer, has to be collected within 90 days from when it arrives in-store. Any order not collected within 90 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee of the full order value. Restocking fee reflects costs; although it will be waived if it is due to our fault.

- We take the payment at the time the order is placed; the merchant bank for security purposes will verify the card details.

Jewellery Care Plan
Neve Jewels Limited offers this added protection for your fine jewellery. The Jewellery Care Plan may be purchased to cover any carat gold, gemstone, or diamond jewellery within 30 days of the original purchase at Neve Jewels Limited.
For this service plan to remain valid, authorised Neve Jewels Limited. craftsmen must perform all workmanship, repairs and custom work.
We will furnish the labour and parts necessary to maintain the merchandise in a useable and wearable condition, provided such service is necessitated by merchandise wear during normal usage of the merchandise under conditions for which it was designed. This service plan is a “repair” plan and all decisions regarding repair or replacement will be the sole right of Neve Jewels Limited.
Our Jewellery Care Plan does not cover loss or theft, excessive abuse or neglect, improper treatment or damage caused by accidents, fire or acts of God. Original receipt must be attached to verify merchandise covered and purchase of plan. This plan is non transferable. The plan varies in price from 120€ for 1 year to 470€ for 5 years.
The plan covers the following repairs and services.
- Re-tipping of claws once per 12 months
- Rhodium plating for rings in white gold, once per 12 months
- Chain/bracelet soldering, once per 12 months
- Resetting/tightening diamonds and gemstones, once per 12 months
- Cleaning, inspection and polishing per 12 months
- Replacement backs on earrings, once per 12 months
- Soldering earring posts, once per 12 months
- Clasp replacement (same as original), once per 12 months
- Ring sizings up to 2 sizes, maximum once per policy (does not cover reshanking of rings; certain styles of rings are not suitable for resizing and are excluded from the resizing service under this Plan)
- This does not affect your KSchG rights
Returns And Refunds
The customer is only eligible for Returns and Refunds if he or she fulfills the following conditions, in accordance with Austrian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentenschutzgesetz – KSchG) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as implemented in Austria:
- Engraved items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged, as they qualify as personalized goods exempt from the statutory withdrawal right under KSchG.
- The jewellery is not engraved, bespoke or resized, in line with exclusions for custom-made or clearly personalized products under Austrian distance sales rules.
- The jewellery is in its original, perfect state and the barcode security tag is intact.
- Eligible products must be returned within 30 days after reception, unworn and in pristine condition. This voluntary policy supplements the statutory 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts under KSchG.
- Customers have 14 days from receipt to exercise their statutory right to withdraw from distance sales contracts for faulty or non-conforming goods, though remedies under the 2-year legal guarantee apply beyond this if notified reasonably promptly.
- The jewellery is returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
- Products bought via distance sales can be returned within 14 days from receipt. You may notify us to cancel the order. (Exclusion: Personalised products, as per § 18(1)(2) KSchG).
- Our 30-day return policy supplements your 14-day withdrawal rights under the KSchG.
- For non-conformity (e.g., defects present at delivery), remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract. There is no strict time limit if the customer has notified us reasonably promptly after discovery, in accordance with the hierarchy of remedies under the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) and the Consumer Warranty Act (Verbrauchergewährleistungsgesetz – VGG). During the first 12 months, the seller bears the burden of proof that the defect did not exist at handover in consumer transactions.
- All returns will be assessed by our operations team prior to being accepted. Assessment usually takes between 10-14 days to be processed, within a reasonable timeframe as required by law.
Any diamond fallen out of the ring or lost will not be covered under our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advise you to get the jewellery insured to protect yourself against such mishaps. Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it arrives, and notify Diamonds Factory for any defect or damage; if you find any issues, please contact us at 0207 138 3672 or email us at service@diamondsfactory.eu..
The jewellery sold at discount prices cannot be replaced at the same discounted price.
The delivery costs for returning the product will be the customer's sole responsibility and will only be refundable in the event that there is a manufacturing fault with the product, consistent with KSchG for withdrawal rights and VGG remedies for defects.
Note: Please return your purchase via a tracked service such as Österreichische Post (e.g., Einschreiben mit Rückschein) or DHL/UPS and insure the package for the full amount of the purchase. Diamonds Factory is not responsible for damage or lost packages during shipment. Shipping is at your own cost unless the product is faulty.
A warranty period of 2 years is mandated by law in Austria depending on the expected lifespan of the item.
Your statutory rights under the KSchG and VGG are not affected by our commercial warranty
Damaged And Used Items
- You must check the products as soon as you receive the same, with regards to any fault or damage. Kindly notify the same within 30 days from the date of delivery, but the KSchG rights apply beyond this if reasonable, and we shall arrange for replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate under the KSchG. However, failing to do so within 30 working days will not be acceptable for any refunds.
- Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than Diamonds Factory will not be accepted.
- Every product comes with a bar coded security tag which needs to be intact, breaking this tag will void your 30 Days returns.
- Any item repaired, resized or engraved by a third party not registered with or approved by Diamonds Factory jewellery workshop will void the manufacturing warranty.
- Items sent to our office without secure packaging and shipped beyond the return period, will not be eligible for refunds.
- All earrings must be returned unworn to be eligible for an exchange.
Ring Resizing
Resizing is an additional service and does not limit your KSchG rights.
Getting the size of your ring right can be a complicated matter. We offer resizing options depending on your ring type and complexity. Worn items can be resized except full eternity rings. Refer below for the resizing process and additional information. Our team is always available to help if you have any questions regarding the size of your ring.
Engagement and Diamond Rings:
For plain bands, non-diamond or non-gemstone set rings, we offer complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes up or down within 30 days after reception of the item.
For diamond-set or gemstone-set engagement rings (including custom-made rings), items must be assessed in order to ensure whether they can be resized, or whether they need to be remade. In both cases within 30 days resizing will be complimentary up to 2 sizes up and down, anything above 2 sizes will incur a minimum charge of 69€.
Eternity Rings:
Full eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, full eternity rings cannot be resized and must be replaced within 30 days of receipt. This price will depend on the cost difference between sizes with a minimum charge of 69€. Please contact our team to discuss alternative options for your ring.
Half & ¾ eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, all half and ¾ eternity rings must be assessed in order to ensure whether they can be resized or whether they will need to be remade for which costs will apply. This price will depend on the cost difference between sizes with a minimum charge of 69€.
Wedding Rings:
For plain bands, non-diamond or non-gemstone set wedding rings, we offer complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes up or down within 30 days after receipt of the items. For resizing exceeding two sizes, we charge a fee of 69€. All rings will be assessed by our team prior to confirming the price.
Diamond-set or gemstone-set wedding rings must be inspected prior to resizing to ensure that the nature of the setting will allow a resizing.
Custom-made rings:
We offer complimentary resizing for up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receipt provided that a resizing is possible. For a resizing exceeding 2 sizes we charge a fee of 69€. Upon receiving your request, our team will assess if the resizing is possible and discuss it with you. Depending on the complexity of your ring, the resizing may result in additional costs that shall be borne by you. This also applies if the ring has to be made anew from scratch if it cannot be resized as desired. You will be informed about any additional costs in advance. It will then be clarified whether the size change should be carried out.
Replating
To maintain the white gold whiteness of your jewellery through the years, your ring might need to be replated. We do offer Rhodium plating along with cleaning and polishing for a fee of 59€. Please contact our team for more information.Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions
- The Diamonds Factory mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Neve Jewels LTD. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”).
- We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
- By consenting to Diamonds Factory’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Diamonds Factory through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
- We and the group companies will only send SMS/text messages with your express consent in accordance with the Data Protection Act(DSG,BGBI)and GDPR and subject to the e-Privacy Regulations and our Privacy Policy.
- We and group companies comply with Data Protection Act (DSG, BGBI) ensuring lawful processing, identifying ourselves as the sender in every message, and providing a functional unsubscribe facility.
- You are solely responsible for all charges and fees associated with SMS/text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

ORDERS
Orders placed on www.diamondsfactory.eu will be be subject to acceptance in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- On placing the order and checking out, you are making an offer to accept the goods at the stated price subject to the terms and conditions.
- On acceptance, we will send you an Order Receipt that will have all your order details
agreed by you at the time of placing the order. However, such Receipt will not be
treated as a binding contract and the order will not be treated as 'accepted' for the
following reasons:
- Payment not authorized;
- Partial payment pending;
- Products out of stock;
- Error on the website with respect the stated price amount;
- Order being cancelled.
- Cannot fulfil order
Your contract to purchase is not complete until we send you an e-mail of order confirmation within 5 working days from the date of receipt of order. If your order is not confirmed, any payment made will be refunded promptly.
Once confirmed, the Order is binding, subject to CEL rights (e.g., 14-day withdrawal for non-personalized goods under Book VI, Chapter 3).
ORDER COMPLETION REMINDERS

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
- As a made-to-order company, most of our products are subject to a manufacturing time. This is normally between 2-3 working weeks, and 3-4 working weeks if your item is bespoke.
- This does not affect your statutory guarantees of 14 days withdrawal.
- All the efforts will be made to dispatch and deliver the products within the stipulated timescale; however, delays could be inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If a delay in your delivery should occur, we will keep you updated on your order status and provide a new delivery date.
- We are not liable for losses from delays/cancellation unless it has occurred due to our breach. This does not affect CEL rights. You can contact us if you have any questions regarding your delivery issues at service@diamondsfactory.eu .
- Any item purchased with an option of in-store pick up by the customer, has to be collected within 90 days from when it arrives in-store. Any order not collected within 90 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee of the full order value. Restocking fee reflects costs; although it will be waived if it is due to our fault.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
- We take the payment at the time the order is placed; the merchant bank for security purposes will verify the card details.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The customer is only eligible for Returns and Refunds if he or she fulfils the following conditions:
- Engraved items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged.
- The jewellery is not engraved, bespoke, customised or resized.
- The jewellery is in its original, perfect state and the barcode security tag is intact.
- Eligible products must be returned within 30 days after reception, unworn and in pristine condition.
- Customers have 30 days to notify us of faulty goods, without affecting their statutory rights.
- The jewellery is returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
- Products bought via distance sales may be cancelled within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI). Exclusion: personalised products.
- Our 30-day return policy supplements your 14-day statutory withdrawal right under Belgian consumer protection law.
- For non-conformity, remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination.There is no strict time limit if the customer has notified us reasonably.
- All returns will be assessed by our operations team prior to being accepted. Assessment usually takes between 10-14 days to be processed.
Any diamond that has fallen out of a ring or has been lost will not be covered under the return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advise you to insure your jewellery. Jewellery sold at discounted prices cannot be replaced at the same discounted price.
The delivery costs for returning the product will be the customer's sole responsibility and will only be refundable in the event that there is a manufacturing fault with the product.
Note: Please return your purchase via a secure, tracked and insured courier service (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, bpost insured shipment).Neve Jewels BE is not responsible for damage or lost packages during shipment. Shipping is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
A warranty period of 02 years is mandated by law in Belgian depending on the expected lifespan of the product.
Your statutory rights under Belgian consumer law are not affected by our commercial warranty.
DAMAGED AND USED ITEMS
- You must check the products as soon as you receive the same, with regards to any fault or damage. Kindly notify the same within 30 days from the date of delivery, but the CEL rights apply beyond this if reasonable, and we shall arrange for replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate under the CEL. However, failing to do so within 30 working days will not be acceptable for any refunds.
- Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than Diamonds Factory will not be accepted.
- Every product comes with a bar coded security tag which needs to be intact, breaking this tag will void your 30 Days returns.
- Any item repaired, resized or engraved by a third party not registered with or approved by Diamonds Factory jewellery workshop will void the manufacturing warranty.
- Items sent to our office without secure packaging and shipped beyond the return period, will not be eligible for refunds.
- All earrings must be returned unworn to be eligible for an exchange.
RING RESIZING
Resizing is an additional service and does not limit your CEL rights
Getting the right ring size can be a complex task. We offer resizing options depending on your ring type and complexity. Worn items can be resized, except for full eternity rings. Below, you can read more about the resizing process and find additional information. Our team is always available to help if you have any questions regarding the size of your ring. Our team will assess the feasibility before confirming the costs and you will be notified in advance.
Engagement and diamond rings: For plain bands, non-diamond or non-gemstone set rings, we offer complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes up or down within 30 days after reception of the item.
For any resizing exceeding two sizes, we will charge a fee of 69€.
For diamond-set or gemstone-set engagement rings (including custom-made rings), items must be assessed in order to ensure whether they can be resized, or whether they need to be remade. In both cases within 30 days resizing will be complimentary up to 2 sizes up and down, anything above 2 sizes will incur a minimum charge of 69€.
Eternity Rings: Full eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, full eternity rings cannot be resized and must be replaced within 30 days of receipt. This price will depend on the cost difference between sizes with a minimum charge of 69€. Please contact our team to discuss alternative options for your ring.
Half & ¾ eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, all half and ¾ eternity rings must be assessed in order to ensure whether they can be resized or whether they will need to be remade for which costs will apply. This price will depend on the cost difference between sizes with a minimum charge of 69€.
Wedding Rings: For plain bands, non-diamond or non-gemstone set wedding rings, we offer complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes up or down within 30 days after receipt of the items. For resizing exceeding two sizes, we charge a fee of 69€. All rings will be assessed by our team prior to confirming the price.
Diamond-set or gemstone-set wedding rings must be inspected prior to resizing to ensure that the nature of the setting will allow a resizing.
Custom-made rings: We offer complimentary resizing for up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receipt provided that a resizing is possible. For a resizing exceeding 2 sizes we charge a fee of 69€. Upon receiving your request, our team will assess if the resizing is possible and discuss it with you. Depending on the complexity of your ring, the resizing may result in additional costs that shall be borne by you. This also applies if the ring has to be made anew from scratch if it cannot be resized as desired. You will be informed about any additional costs in advance. It will then be clarified whether the size change should be carried out.
REPLATING
To maintain the white gold whiteness of your jewellery through the years, your ring might need to be replated. We do offer Rhodium plating along with cleaning and polishing for a fee of 59€. Please contact our team for more information.MOBILE MESSAGE SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Diamonds Factory mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Neve Jewels BE. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”).

Definitions
"Company" means Neve Jewels SOL, S.L., trading as “Diamonds Factory”, with registered office at Vía Augusta, 123 08006 Barcelona, and VAT Registration NumberB87352373, which is a subsidiary of Neve Jewels Limited (UK, Company Number 06453160)."
"Group Companies" means Neve Jewels SOL, S.L., its parent company Neve Jewels Limited (UK, Company Number 06453160), its fellow subsidiaries and related entities as defined under the Spanish Commercial Code of Commerce, Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 and any other applicable provisions of Spanish or European Union Law."
“Order" means a confirmed purchase of Products.
"Products" means jewellery and related items sold via the Website.

"Website Content" means any information, text, images, photos, design, files, software, music, sound and video available on the Website.

- Diamonds Factory does not bear any liability arising out of any defects from any design, if any adjustments, alterations or any other modification has been carried out to the products by any third person, who is not authorized by Diamonds Factory. Although, this does not affect LGDCU rights for manufacturing defects (e.g., repair, replacement or refund).
- You must observe and comply with all the applicable regulations and legislations, including all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase from our website. The importation or exportation of the products displayed on the website may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the import or export of the products you purchase.

ORDERS
Orders placed on diamondsfactory.es will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- On placing the order and checking out, you are making an offer to accept the goods at the stated price subject to the terms and conditions.
- On acceptance, we will send you an Order Receipt that will have all your order details
agreed by you at the time of placing the order. However, such Receipt will not be
treated as a binding contract and the order will not be treated as 'accepted' for the
following reasons:
- Payment not authorized;
- Partial payment pending;
- Products out of stock;
- Error on the website with respect the stated price amount;
- Order being cancelled.
- Cannot fulfil order
Your contract to purchase is not complete until we send you an e-mail of order confirmation within 5 working days from the date of receipt of order. If your order is not confirmed, any payment made will be refunded promptly.
Once confirmed, the Order is binding, subject to LGDCU rights (e.g., 14-day withdrawal for non-personalized goods
Order Completion Reminders
By providing your contact information (e.g., email or phone number) during the checkout process or account sign-up, you consent to us sending you limited, non-promotional communications to assist with completing your order. This may include reminders about incomplete or abandoned orders, or any other assistance related to incomplete orders such as cart recovery emails or texts sent within 24-48 hours of the issue. Once confirmed, the Order is binding, subject to LGDCU rights.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
- As a made-to-order company, most of our products are subject to a manufacturing time. This is normally between 2-3 weeks, and 3-4 working weeks if your item is bespoke.
- This does not affect your statutory guarantees of 14 days withdrawal.
- All the efforts will be made to dispatch and deliver the products within the stipulated timescale;however, delays could be inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If a delay in your delivery should occur, we will keep you updated on your order status and provide a new delivery date.
- We will not be liable for any loss you may incur due to late delivery or cancellation of your order. This does not affect your LGDCU rights. You can contact us with any questions regarding your delivery issues at service@diamondsfactory.eu .
- Any item purchased with an option of in-store pick up by the customer, has to be collected within 90 days from when it arrives in-store. Any order not collected within 90 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee of the full order value. Restocking fee reflects costs; although it will be waived if it is due to our fault.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
- We take the payment at the time the order is placed; the merchant bank for security purposes will verify the card details.

Anti-Money Laundering Compliance
- For purchases exceeding €10,000 (or equivalent in EUR) in cash, including banknotes, cash equivalents, or bank transfers deemed as cash, we are required to conduct customer due diligence under Law 10/2010 on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing and its subsequent amendments, including Royal Decree- Law 7/2001. - All personal information collected for this purpose will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Data will be securely stored solely for compliance purposes and retained for 10 years after the transaction, as required by Spanish AML law, unless a longer period is needed for ongoing investigations. This data will not be used for marketing without your explicit consent.
- For online orders involving cash payments above €1,000, you may be prompted to upload identification securely via our website or arrange in-store verification. For in-store purchases, identification must be presented at the time of payment.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to return your item. Price Guarantee Offer
At Neve Jewels, we’re committed to offering our customers the best possible value. Our price match policy ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing you’re getting a fair price for a comparable product.
- We will only match the price of similar products and offers online/in-store. This means the specifications must match exactly, and links are required to verify the price match.
- When comparing prices with individual certified diamonds, please note that availability is subject to change. In any case, we will try to find an alternative.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The customer is only eligible for Returns and Refund if he or she fulfils the following conditions:
- Engraved items cannot be returned for credit or exchanged.
- The jewellery is not engraved, bespoke or resized.
- The jewellery is in its original, perfect state and the barcode security tag is intact.
- Eligible products must be returned within 30 days after reception, unworn and in pristine condition.
- Customers have 30 days to reject faulty goods.
- The jewellery is returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
- Products bought via distance sales can be returned within 14 days. You may notify us to cancel the order. (Exclusion- Personalised products).
- Our 30 days return policy supplements your 14 days withdrawal rights under LGDCU.
- For non-conformity, remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination. There is no strict time limit if the customer has notified us reasonably.
- All returns will be assessed by our operations team prior to being accepted. Assessment usually takes between 10-14 days to be processed.
Any diamond fallen out of the ring or lost will not be covered under our return policy and no replacement will be guaranteed. We strongly advise you to get the jewellery insured to protect yourself against such mishaps. The jewellery sold at discount prices cannot be replaced at the same discounted price.
The delivery costs for returning the product will be customer's sole responsibility and will only be refundable in the event that there is a manufacturing fault with the product.
Note: Please return your purchase via Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx/ UPS and insure the package for the full amount of the purchase. Diamonds Factory is not responsible for damage or lost packages during shipment. Shipping is at your own cost unless the product is faulty.
A warranty period of 03 years is mandated by law in Spain depending on the expected lifespan of the item.
Your LGDCU rights are not affected by our commercial warranty.
DAMAGED AND USED ITEMS
- You must inspect the products as soon as you receive them for any errors or defects. Please notify Diamonds Factory within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, and we will arrange for a replacement. However, failing to do so within 30 days will not be acceptable for any refund.
- Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new, unworn condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Diamonds Factory will not be accepted. Each product comes with a barcoded security tag that must be intact; breaking this tag will void your 30-day return policy.
- Every product comes with a bar coded security tag which needs to be intact, breaking this tag, will void your 30 day returns.
- Any item repaired, resized, or engraved by a third party not registered or approved by the Diamonds Factory jewelry workshop will void the manufacturer's warranty.
- Items sent to our office without secure packaging and sent beyond the 30-day return period will not be eligible for refunds.
- All earrings must be returned unused in order to be eligible for an exchange.
Ring size change
Resiszing is an additional service and does not limit you LDGCU rights. Finding the right ring size can be tricky. We offer resizing options depending on the type and complexity of your ring. Worn items can be resized, except for eternity rings. See below for the resizing process and additional information. Our team is always available to help if you have any questions about your ring size.
Engagement and diamond rings: For plain rings, without diamonds or precious stones, we offer a free resizing of up to 2 sizes up or down within 30 days of receiving the item.
For engagement rings set with diamonds or precious stones (including custom-made rings), items must be assessed to determine if they can be resized or if they need to be remade. In either case, within 30 days, resizing will be free of charge for up to two sizes up or down; any resizing greater than two sizes will incur a minimum charge of €69.
Eternity Rings : Due to the nature of the setting, full eternity rings cannot be resized and must be replaced within 30 days of receipt. The price will depend on the cost difference between sizes, with a minimum charge of €69. Please contact our team to discuss alternative options for your ring.
Half and three-quarter eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, all half and three-quarter eternity rings must be assessed to determine if they can be resized or if they will need to be remade, in which case the corresponding costs will apply. This price will depend on the cost difference between sizes, with a minimum charge of €69.
Wedding bands: For plain wedding bands without diamonds or gemstones, we offer one free resizing up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receiving your order. For resizing exceeding two sizes, we charge a fee of €69. All rings will be assessed by our team before the price is confirmed. Wedding bands set with diamonds or gemstones must be inspected before resizing to ensure the setting allows for a change.
Custom-made rings: We offer a free resizing of up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receipt, provided the resizing is possible. For resizings of more than two sizes, we charge a fee of €69. Once we receive your request, our team will assess whether the resizing is possible and discuss it with you. Depending on the complexity of your ring, resizing may incur additional costs, which will be your responsibility. This also applies if the ring needs to be made from sLGDCUtch because it cannot be resized as desired. You will be informed in advance of any potential additional costs. We will then clarify whether the resizing should be carried out.
Replating
To maintain the white gold whiteness of your jewellery through the years, your ring might need to be replated. We do offer Rhodium plating along with cleaning and polishing for a fee of 59€. Please contact our team for more information.Mobile Messaging Service Terms and Conditions

- By consenting to Diamonds Factory's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Diamonds Factory through your wireless service provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
- You are solely responsible for all charges and fees associated with SMS/text messaging imposed by your wireless service provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- You can unsubscribe from the service at any time by texting STOP in reply to one of our branded texts or by clicking the 'OPT OUT' link. You will receive a single unsubscribe confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR, Arts. 8, 97-102, 197, 210, 271-280), the Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UWG), the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
Definitions
"Company" means Neve Jewels CH GmbH, a company registered in Switzerland (Company Number CHE- 302 163519), trading as Diamonds Factory, with head office at Nectar Trehuand,AG Rigistrasse, 3 6300 ZUG and VAT registration number CHE-302.163.519.
"Group Companies" means Neve Jewels Ltd, its fellow subsidiaries and any other related entities as defined under Article 959 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO)."
"Website" means www.diamondsfactory.eu and its associated pages and content.
"Website Content" means any information, text, images, photos, design, files, software, music, sound, and video available on the Website.
"Order" means a confirmed purchase of Products.
"Products" means jewellery and related items sold via the Website.
Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website (www.diamondsfactory.eu) and its content, including any information, text, images, photos, designs, files, software, music, sound, and video ("Website Content"), provided by Neve Jewels CH GmbH. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of Website
- Diamonds Factory grants you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Website, but you shall not amend or modify any Website Content.
- You shall not exploit the Website Content (or any part thereof) for any commercial use or purpose except as specifically agreed with Diamonds Factory in connection with the services provided through the Website.
- You are granted a non-exclusive and revocable right to create a hyperlink to the Website provided that such link does not portray Diamonds Factory or any services provided in connection with Diamonds Factory in a false, misleading or offensive manner, or claim any association with Diamonds Factory.
- You shall not use any Diamonds Factory logo, design or trademark or any other intellectual property rights belonging or licensed to Diamonds Factory in connection with the aforesaid link without the express written consent of Diamonds Factory.
- Diamonds Factory reserves the right to make changes from time to time to the Website Content.
- If you submit any user-generated content (such as reviews or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content on the Website.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including Swiss consumer and data protection laws, when using the Website.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights in the website and website content are owned by us, our group companies or our licensors. Your use does not grant ownership rights but only for the permitted use of the website.
- You may not publish, broadcast, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, circulate or otherwise make available any part of the Website Content to any third party without the express written consent of Diamonds Factory;

Liability
- We will use reasonable efforts to ensure Website accessibility but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for interruptions except where caused by our intent or gross negligence or breach. (OR Art. 97).
- You acknowledge that we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the content of the Website is free of viruses or harmful components, and Neve Jewels CH GmbH T/a Diamonds Factory assumes no responsibility or liability for the same.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from these Terms, the Website, or Products is limited to the price paid for the Products. This does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the OR (Arts. 41, 100) or other laws including consumer guarantees of conformity and acceptable quality. If Diamonds Factory becomes liable to the buyer for any reason, remedies are limited to those under the OR (e.g., repair, replacement, price reduction, withdrawal) or, where permitted, the Order amount. All other conditions are excluded only to the extent permitted by law.
- Neve Jewels CH GmbH T/a Diamonds Factory assumes no liability for defects resulting from adjustments, alterations, or other modifications to the products made by a third party not authorized by Diamonds Factory, but this does not affect your OR rights.
- We make no representations and assume no liability for the import or export of products you purchase outside the EU. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country from which the goods you order originate. We are not liable for any violation of such laws by you. We make no representations and assume no liability for the import or export of products you purchase outside the EU, except as required by applicable laws.
- We provide the Website and Products "as is," but this does not exclude statutory warranties under the OR (e.g., conformity, quality, fitness for purpose per Arts. 197, 210, 271-280). Products come with a 2-year warranty for consumer defects.
- We reserve the right to change information, prices, or content, but with notice for material updates
- Other than as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, all indemnities, warranties and conditions (whether express or implied) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantees, rights, remedies, or liabilities imposed by the OR Art or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Privacy
- Your privacy is important to us. We comply with FADP.
- By using the Website, you agree to our Privacy Policy at www.diamondsfactory.eudatenschutzerklarung, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data per the FADP and its ordinances.
- We may collect personal data (e.g., name, email, phone, payment details) for Orders, newsletters, or services, based on consent or contract necessity (FADP Art. 6).
- As a subsidiary of Neve Jewels Ltd (UK), we may transfer your data to our UK parent for group purposes (e.g., order processing, marketing and customer behaviour analysis). Switzerland recognizes UK adequacy (FADP Art. 16), ensuring equivalent protection.
- You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and objection. Data is processed on lawful bases such as consent or legitimate interests, and retained only as necessary (e.g., for marketing, customer behaviour analysis and order fulfillment). Collection of Personal Data
- We may collect personal data, such as name, email address, and phone number, when you fill out a form on the website or sign up for a newsletter.

- We are 100% committed to protecting your privacy and security and we totally appreciate and respect how important privacy is. We will strive to ensure that your data is not used for any other than aforementioned by us or by the third parties engaged by us.

Governing Law
- These Terms do not affect statutory rights. If a provision is invalid, it is severed without affecting the rest (OR Art. 20). These Terms, the Website, and contracts are governed by Swiss law.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is prohibited by law or found by a court to be illegal, void or unenforceable, the provision will be limited to the extent necessary and rendered ineffective to the greatest extent possible without modifying the remaining provisions or in any way affecting the validity or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.
- The website, its content, terms, and conditions, and agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
- Disputes not resolved via complaints will be resolved in the competent courts of [e.g., Zurich].

Orders
Orders on www.diamondsfactory.eu are subject to acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order and checking out, you agree to accept the goods at the stated price subject to these terms and conditions. Upon acceptance, we will send you an invoice detailing all order details at the time of ordering. However, such an invoice will not be treated as a binding contract, and the order will not be considered "confirmed" for the following reasons:
- Payment not authorized;
- Partial payment is outstanding;
- Products sold out;
- Errors on the website regarding the price indicated;
- Order is cancelled;
- Order cannot be fulfilled.
Your purchase contract is only confirmed and concluded when we send you an email with the order confirmation within 5 working days of receiving your order. If your order is not confirmed, any payment made will be refunded promptly.
Once confirmed, the Order is binding, subject to your voluntary 14-day withdrawal right recommended under OR Art. 8, but, it excludes personalized Products.
Order Completion Reminders
By providing your contact information (e.g., email or phone number) during the checkout process or account sign-up, you consent to us sending you limited, non-promotional communications to assist with completing your order. This may include reminders about incomplete or abandoned orders, or any other assistance related to incomplete orders such as cart recovery emails or texts sent within 24-48 hours of the issue. These messages will include details of your items and an easy way to opt out or complete your purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time by [e.g., clicking the unsubscribe link, updating account preferences, or contacting support]. We will not use this information for unrelated marketing without your separate opt-in.

Once confirmed, the Order is binding, subject to OR rights.
Delivery And Collection
- We offer free delivery via FedEx Express to all Swiss destinations and all international destinations within the EU.
- All our products are individually marked with a specific delivery time on the product page, usually 2-3 weeks.
- Next day delivery only applies to products advertised as "Free Next Day Delivery".
- The free delivery and next day free delivery order are subject to availability, stock-levels and your OR rights.
- As a made-to-order company, most of our products are subject to a manufacturing time. This is normally between 2-3 working weeks, and 3-4 working weeks if your item is bespoke.
- This does not affect your statutory guarantees of 14 days withdrawal or 2 year warranty.
- Every effort will be made to ship products within the specified timeframe. However, delays may be unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We will notify you promptly of any such delays and keep you updated on the anticipated shipping date.
- We are not liable for losses from delays unless our intent or gross negligence (OR Art. 97). This does not affect your OR rights. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at service@diamondsfactory.eu .
- Any item purchased with an option of in-store pick up by the customer, has to be collected within 90 days of arrival at the store. Any order not picked up within 90 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the full order value. Restocking fee reflects costs; although it will be waived if it is due to our fault.
Pricing And Payment
- We accept payment at the time of order.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards such as MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express.
- We also accept payments via Paypal, AmazonPay, bank transfer, SOFORT and Klarna.
- For payments made in cash, a cash handling fee of 5% of the purchase price (plus applicable VAT) will be applied to cover administrative and security costs. This fee will be clearly indicated, including VAT, before finalizing the purchase and included in the total price. The fee does not apply to other payment methods and does not affect your statutory rights under the Code of Obligations (OR) or other applicable laws.

- The prices quoted include VAT, packaging, and insured express shipping. Products will not be shipped until full payment for the placed order has been received.
Anti-Money Laundering Compliance
For cash payments of € 15,000 or more (including banknotes or cash equivalents) in a single transaction or linked transactions, we are required under the Swiss Money Laundering Act (GwG, Art. 5) and the VSB 2020 Self-Regulatory Code for Swiss Jewellers to verify your identity before completing the purchase.
You must present a valid government-issued photo ID, such as:

We may also request proof of address (e.g., a utility bill less than 3 months old) for enhanced due diligence.
Your personal information will be:

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The customer is only eligible for Returns and Refund if he or she full fills the following conditions:
- If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel the contract at any time within a voluntary 30 days of dispatch. In this case, you will receive, at your option, an exchange or a full refund of the price paid for the goods, excluding delivery costs, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
- Returns are excluded if:
- The jewellery has been engraved, custom-made, or resized.
- The jewellery is not in its original and perfect condition.
- The jewellery is worn or confirmed.
- The barcode security label is not intact.
- The jewellery is not returned within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Our 30 days return policy supplements your 14 days withdrawal rights under OR Art.
- The jewellery was purchased at a discounted price. The item cannot be replaced at the same discounted price.
- Please note that all items returned for a refund or exchange must be unworn, with the tags attached, and in perfect condition.
Our advice is to inspect your item upon arrival and notify Diamonds Factory of any defects or damage. Should you experience any problems, please contact us at 0207 138 3672 or email us at service@diamondsfactory.eu .
If you return goods because you have cancelled the contract, we will process your refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of the day on which we receive the goods back from you. In this case, we will refund the full price of the goods (less the cost of any expedited delivery options or the cost of any damage or wear and tear caused by you to the goods). However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and insuring them during transit. The cost will vary depending on the country the item is shipped from and the value of the item.
Note: Diamonds Factory is not responsible for loss or damage to returned goods during transit. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage you may incur as a result of your return, delayed delivery, or cancellation of goods. Therefore, we recommend retaining all shipping documents and fully insuring the goods during transit.
The warranty period of 2 years is mandated by Law which supplements our lifetime warranty mentioned in clause 14.
Your OR rights are not affected by our commercial warranty.
DAMAGED AND USED ITEMS
- You must check the products as soon as you receive the same, with regards to any fault or damage. Kindly notify the same within 30 days from the date of delivery, but the OR rights apply beyond this if reasonable, and we shall arrange for replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate under the OR. However, failing to do so within 30 working days will not be acceptable for any refunds.
- Goods must be returned undamaged, in new, and unused condition, including the relevant appraisal and diamond certificate. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alterations by a jeweller other than Diamonds Factory are excluded from the right of return. Each product is shipped with a barcoded security tag, which must be intact.
- Any repairs, resizing, or engraving performed by third parties not registered or certified by the Diamonds Factory jewellery workshop will void the manufacturing warranty.
- Items sent to our office without secure packaging and shipped after the 30-day return period are also not eligible for a refund.
- Our goods come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects. This warranty does not apply to items subject to excessive wear, misuse, or physical damage, whether accidental or otherwise. Upon acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of the goods becomes the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Diamonds Factory is not liable for any loss, theft or resulting damage.
- If the purchased jewellery has been tampered with or altered in any way by the customer, another jewellery, or any other third party, the lifetime warranty and return policy will be void, and the item will not be refunded or returnable.
- All earrings must be returned unworn to be eligible for an exchange.
RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
A person who is not a party to the contract has no rights under or in connection with the contract.
RING SIZE CHANGE
Resizing is an additional service and does not limit your OR rights.
Determining the correct size for your ring can be a complicated matter. We offer resizing options depending on the type and complexity of your ring. Worn rings can be resized, except for eternity rings. Below you'll find the resizing process and other information. Our team is always available to assist you if you have any questions about your ring size. Also, resizing is an additional service and does not affect your OR rights for faulty products. Our team will assess the feasibility before confirming the costs and you will be notified in advance. The customers won’t be charged incase of defect found due to our fault or negligence.
Engagement rings and diamond rings:
For plain rings that are not set with diamonds or gemstones, we offer a free resizing of up to 2 sizes up or down within 30 days of receiving the item. For any size change beyond two sizes, we charge a fee of 79€.
For diamond-studded or gemstone-set engagement rings (including custom-made pieces), the jewelry must be appraised to determine whether the ring can be resized or whether a new ring needs to be made. In both cases, resizing is free of charge within 30 days, up to two sizes larger or smaller. A minimum fee of € 79 applies for all resizings beyond two sizes.
Eternity rings:
Fully set eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, eternity rings cannot be resized and must be replaced within 30 days of receipt. The price depends on the cost difference between sizes and is a minimum of € 79. Please contact our team to discuss alternative options for your ring.
Half & ¾ eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, all half and ¾ eternity rings must be inspected to ensure they can be resized or if they need to be remade, which will incur a charge. The price depends on the difference in size and is a minimum of € 79.
Wedding rings:
For plain wedding rings not set with diamonds or gemstones, we offer a free resizing of up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receipt. For resizing beyond two sizes, we charge a fee of € 79. All rings are inspected by our team before the price is confirmed.
Wedding rings set with diamonds or gemstones must be checked before resizing to ensure that the setting allows for resizing.
Custom-made rings:
We offer free resizing of up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of receipt, provided resizing is possible. For resizing more than 2 sizes, there is a fee of 79€. Upon receipt of your request, our team will check if resizing is possible and discuss this with you. Depending on the complexity of your ring, resizing may incur additional costs, which you will be responsible for. This also applies if the ring has to be remade from scratch if it cannot be adjusted as desired. You will be informed of any additional costs in advance. We will then clarify whether the resizing should be carried out.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE MOBILE MESSAGING SERVICE
- The Diamonds Factory Mobile Messaging Service (the "Service") is operated by Neve Jewels LTD. By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms").
- We may change or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice, and we may also change these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such change will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
- By agreeing to Diamonds Factory's SMS service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from and on behalf of Diamonds Factory through your wireless service provider to the mobile phone number you provide, even if your mobile phone number is listed on an official "Do Not Call" list.
- We will only send SMS/text messages with your express consent in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
- We and Group Companies comply with FADP, ensuring lawful processing, identifying ourselves as the sender in every message, and providing a functional unsubscribe facility.
- You are solely responsible for all costs and fees charged by your wireless service provider for text messaging. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- You can unsubscribe from the service at any time by replying to one of our SMS messages with "STOP" or clicking on the unsubscribe link ("OPT OUT").
- You will receive a one-time confirmation SMS to unsubscribe. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you request them.
- We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time. Any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we are not responsible for fulfilling any requests contained in such messages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, for any errors in such information, and/or for any actions you take or fail to take in reliance on the information or the Service.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES:

FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), but we will notify you and mitigate impacts. This does not affect your OR rights.
SEVERABILITY
If any provisions is invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the rest of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are issued by Neve Jewels NL BV (RSIN 866277031), trading as Diamonds Factory, a wholly owned subsidiary of Neve Jewels Ltd (UK), with its registered office at De Entree 252, 1101 EE Amsterdam and VAT Registration Number- NL866277031B01.
Conditions:
By using this website (the "Website"), you accept these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), which forms a binding agreement between you and Neve Jewels NL BV. Please read them carefully and print a copy for your records. We recommend checking these Terms regularly for updates.
We may amend these Terms at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Material changes will not affect confirmed Orders. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, remedies, or liabilities under Book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code (BW 6), the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), GDPR, or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Definitions
"Company" "Neve Jewels NL BV" (or "we/us/our") means Neve Jewels NL BV (RSIN 866277031) trading as Diamonds Factory, a Netherland company registered at De Entree 252, 1101 EE Amsterdam, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Neve Jewels Limited (UK, Company Number 06453160).
"Group Companies" means Neve Jewels NL BV (RSIN 866277031) trading as Diamonds Factory , its parent company Neve Jewels Limited (UK, Company Number 06453160), it’s fellow subsidiaries and any related entities of Neve Jewels Limited as defined under Article 2.24b of the Dutch Civil Code."
"Website" means www.diamondsfactory.eu and its associated pages and content.
"Website Content" means any information, text, images, photos, design, files, software, music, sound, and video available on the Website.
"Order" means a confirmed purchase of Products.
"Products" means jewellery and related items sold via the Website.
Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website (www.diamondsfactory.eu) and its content, including any information, text, images, photos, designs, files, software, music, sound, and video ("Website Content"), provided by Neve Jewels NLBV. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updates.
Use of Website
- Diamonds Factory grants you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Website, but you may not change the Website Content.
- You may not operate the Website Content (or any part thereof) for any commercial use or purpose, except as specifically agreed with Diamonds Factory in connection with the services provided through the Website.
- You will be granted the non-exclusive and revocable right to create a hyperlink to the website, provided that such link does not depict Diamonds Factory or services provided in connection with Diamonds Factory in any false, misleading or abusive manner, or claim any association with Diamonds Factory.
- You may not use a Diamonds Factory logo, design or trademark or other intellectual property rights belonging to or licensed to Diamonds Factory in connection with the aforementioned link without the express written consent of Diamonds Factory.
- Diamonds Factory reserves the right to make changes to the content of the website from time to time.
- If you submit any user-generated content (such as reviews or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free license to use, reproduce, and display such content on the website.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, including EU consumer and data protection laws, when using the Website.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights in the Website and Website Content are owned by us or our licensors. Your use does not grant ownership rights.
- You may not publish, broadcast, re-send, distribute, distribute, sell, circulate or otherwise make available to third parties any part of the Website Content without the express written consent of Diamonds Factory;
- Any copy you make of any portion of the Website Content must contain all copyright or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material, along with an acknowledgement that such material is owned by Diamonds Factory or its licensors; and;
- You acknowledge that some parts of the Website Content may be subject to other intellectual property rights reserved to Licensors and, notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, you acknowledge that no sublicense has been granted to you by Diamonds Factory with respect to such intellectual property rights, except to the extent necessary to give effect to your rights as expressly set forth in these terms.
Liability
- We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the accessibility of the Website but such accessibility cannot be guaranteed at all times. We will not be liable for any restrictions, interruptions or delays except where caused by our intent or gross negligence or breach.
- You acknowledge that we do not make any representation or warranty (whether express or implied) that any Website Content is free of viruses or harmful components and Diamonds Factory accepts no responsibility or liability for the same.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from these Terms, the Website, or Products is limited to the price paid for the Products, excluding shipping costs. This does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Dutch Civil Code or other laws including consumer guarantees of conformity and acceptable quality. If we are liable, remedies are limited to those under the DCC (e.g. repair, replacement, price-reduction or termination) or where permitted, the order amount.
- Diamonds FactoryThe company does not bear any liability arising out of any defects from any design, if any adjustments, alterations or any other modification has been carried out to the products by any third person, who is not authorized by the company. A although this does not affect your DCC rights. Diamonds Factory.
- You must observe and comply with all the applicable regulations and legislations, including all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase from our website. The importation or exportation of the products displayed on the website may be prohibited by certain national laws.
- We provide the Website and Products on an "as is" basis, but this does not exclude implied guarantees under the DCC, such as conformity, quality, and fitness for purpose. If we are liable, remedies are limited to those under the DCC (e.g., repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination) or, where permitted, the Order amount.
- We reserve the rights to change any information, price or content and improvise the website at any time without any notice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, remedies, or liabilities under Book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code (BW 6), the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), GDPR, or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Privacy
- Your privacy is important to us and we comply with EU-GDPR and the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act, 2016.
- By using the Website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, available at www.diamondsfactory.euprivacybeleid which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act, 2016.
- We may collect personal information (such as name, email, phone, and payment details) when you place an Order, sign up for newsletters, or interact with the Website. This information is used for purposes like processing Orders, marketing (with your consent), and improving services.
- As the company is a subsidiary of Neve Jewels Ltd (UK), we may disclose/transfer your personal information to our UK parent company or affiliates for group operational purposes (e.g., order fulfilment, marketing campaigns data, customer behaviour analysis or customer support).
- The UK has an EU adequacy decision, ensuring equivalent protection.
- You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and objection. Data is processed on lawful bases such as consent or legitimate interests, and retained only as necessary (e.g., for marketing, customer behaviour analysis and order fulfillment). - We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act, such as through contractual safeguards. If you do not consent to this, please contact us, but it may limit our ability to provide services. Collection of Personal Data
- We may collect personal data, such as name, email address, and phone number, when you fill out a form on the website or sign up for a newsletter.
- This personal data will only be used for the specific purpose it was collected for and may be shared with Group Companies for those purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
- We are 100% committed to protecting your privacy and security and we totally appreciate and respect how important privacy is. We will strive to ensure that your data is not used for any other than aforementioned by us or by the third parties engaged by us.
- Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we and Group Companies handle your data in compliance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR, including details on accessing or correcting your data, overseas disclosure (if any, e.g., to our UK parent company), data security measures, and how to make a complaint.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions do not affect your legal rights.
- If any provision in these general terms and conditions is prohibited by law or is assessed by a court as unlawful, void or unenforceable, the provision will, to the extent required, be broken and, to the extent possible, rendered ineffective without changing the remaining provisions and will in no way affect other circumstances of or the validity or enforcement of these terms and conditions.
- These Terms, the Website, and contracts are governed by Dutch law. Disputes not resolved via complaints will be resolved in the competent courts of Amsterdam.
- If you have a complaint, please contact us first for complaints at service@diamondsfactory.eu . We always aim to resolve the issues amicably. We aim to resolve amicably.
- You may refer to the Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM, acm.nl) or Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). For EU consumers, use the Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
Orders
Orders placed on www.diamondsfactory.eu must be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- When placing the order and the checkout, you make an offer to accept the goods at the stated price under the conditions and provisions.
- After acceptance, we will send you a proof of payment with all your order details with which
you have agreed at the time of placing the order. However, such receipt shall not be treated
as a binding contract and the order shall not be treated as 'accepted' for the following
reasons:
- Payment not authorized;
- Partial payment pending;
- Products not in stock;
- Ereror on the website regarding the price stated
- Order is cancelled.
- Cannot fulfil order
Your contract to purchase is not complete until we send you an e-mail of order confirmation within 5 working days from the date of receipt of order. If your order is not confirmed, any payment made will be refunded promptly.
Once confirmed, the Order is binding, subject to your 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Rights Directive (excl. personalized Products)
Order Completion Reminders
By providing your contact information (e.g., email or phone number) during the checkout process or account sign-up, you consent to us sending you limited, non-promotional communications to assist with completing your order. This may include reminders about incomplete or abandoned orders, or any other assistance related to incomplete orders such as cart recovery emails or texts sent within 24-48 hours of the issue. These messages will include details of your items and an easy way to opt out or complete your purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time by [e.g., clicking the unsubscribe link, updating account preferences, or contacting support]. We will not use this information for unrelated marketing without your separate opt-in.

Once confirmed, the Order is binding, subject to Consumer Rights Directive.
Delivery And Collection
- As a company that makes products after they have been ordered, most of our products are subject to a production time. This is normally between 2-3 work weeks and 3-4 workweeks if your item is custom made.
- Fast delivery only applies to products in the category ‘Ready For Shipping’. The delivery time of these products is 3-4 working days.
- This does not affect your statutory guarantees of 14 days withdrawal.
- All the efforts will be made to dispatch and deliver the products within the stipulated timescale; however, delays could be inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If a delay in your delivery should occur, we will keep you updated on your order status and provide a new delivery date. You can contact us if you have any questions about problems with your delivery at service@diamondsfactory.eu.
- We are not liable for losses from delays unless our breach. This does not affect your rights under BW 6.
- Any item purchased with an option of in-store pick up by the customer, has to be collected within 90 days of arrival at the store. Any order not picked up within 90 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the full order value. Restocking fee reflects costs; although it will be waived if it is due to our fault.
Pricing And Payment
- We will debit the payment at the time the order is placed; the commercial bank will verify the card details for security reasons.
- We accept all common credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Switch and Delta.
- For payments made in cash, a cash handling fee of 5% of the purchase price (plus applicable VAT) will be applied to cover administrative and security costs. This fee will be clearly indicated, including VAT, before finalizing the purchase and included in the total price. The fee does not apply to other payment methods and does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Sales Act or other applicable laws.

- Products will not be shipped until full payment has been received for the order placed.
Anti-Money Laundering Compliance
For purchases exceeding €3,000 in cash (including banknotes or cash equivalents) made via our website (www.diamondsfactory.eu) or in our stores in the Netherlands, we are required to conduct customer due diligence under the Dutch Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act (Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme, Wwft), Article 2b, as part of our internal anti-money laundering policy, which is stricter than the legal threshold of €10,000.
You must provide a valid government-issued photo identification, such as a passport, national identity card, or driving licence, and, if requested, proof of address (e.g., a utility bill less than 3 months old).
Verification will occur before processing the transaction to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to provide valid identification may result in the transaction being declined.
All personal information collected for this purpose will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Dutch Data Protection Act (Uitvoeringswet Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming).
Data will be securely stored solely for compliance purposes and retained for 5 years after the transaction, as required by Article 34 of the Wwft, unless a longer period is needed for ongoing investigations. This data will not be used for marketing without your explicit consent.
For online transactions exceeding €3,000 in cash, you may be prompted to arrange in-store verification or provide identification securely via our website. For in-store purchases, identification must be presented at the time of payment.

In-Store €60 off orders over €1,100 promotion
When purchasing any product over €1,100 in-store between 2nd February and 22nd March 2026, you can receive €60 off. You must book and attend your appointment within this period to qualify for the promotion.
This offer is valid for in-store purchases only and cannot be redeemed online. The discount applies to a single item (not the total basket) and is applied at the time of purchase on made-to-order items only. It can be used alongside other offers running during this period but cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to return your item. Products must be unworn, in pristine condition, and include the original tag to qualify for a full refund or exchange. All returns will be reviewed by our operations team before approval.
In the unlikely event of a dispute, the decision made by Neve Jewels Ltd. (www.diamondsfactory.eu) shall be considered final. Neve Jewels Ltd. (www.diamondsfactory.eu) reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
U.S. Customs Clearance Additional Requirements
For shipments entering the United States, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requires the identification of the Ultimate Consignee—the party receiving the imported goods. Customers importing goods to the U.S. may need to provide a Social Security Number (SSN) for individuals This information ensures compliance with U.S. customs regulations and facilitates timely clearance of your order.
As of August 29, 2025, the suspension of the de minimis exemption requires all shipments, regardless of value, to undergo formal customs entry, which may involve additional documentation, duties, and taxes. We strongly recommend registering your SSN or EIN with CBP in advance or working with a licensed customs broker to avoid delays. Neve Jewels is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or shipment returns due to incomplete or inaccurate customs documentation provided by the customer. For assistance, please contact our customer support team or visit www.cbp.gov for more information on U.S. customs requirements.
IN STORE PAYMENTS AND PRICING
For purchases made in our jewelry store in the Netherlands, we accept the following payment methods in addition to those listed above: cash (subject to the limitations below), credit/debit cards (MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express), and other electronic methods such as iDEAL where available.
In accordance with Dutch law, cash payments (bills and coins) are generally accepted as legal tender. However, we may refuse excessive numbers of bills or coins. For transparency and operational efficiency, we reserve the right to exclude cash payments entirely for certain items or transactions, particularly for items priced over €200, requiring card or electronic payment only. Such restrictions will be clearly indicated at the store entrance, and at the cash desk before any purchase is finalized.
If a rebate is offered for card or electronic payments (e.g., a discount for non-cash methods), or if a handling fee applies to cash payments, this will be clearly and unambiguously stated on the relevant store displays, and at the cash desk prior to purchase. These policies are based on freedom of contract and are declared transparently to comply with Dutch consumer protection laws. Our store employees are trained to explain these options and assist with any questions. Please note that rebates or fees cannot be applied retroactively and are subject to availability and store discretion.
For purchases exceeding €3000 in cash, we are required by Dutch anti-money laundering regulations (Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financieren van terrorisme) to verify your identity using a valid identification document (e.g., ID or passport). This information will be securely stored for reference purposes only and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these in-store payment policies at any time, with changes posted prominently in-store and on our website.
PRICE GUARANTEE OFFER
At Neve Jewels, we’re committed to offering our customers the best possible value. Our price match policy ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing you’re getting a fair price for a comparable product.
- Eligibility Criteria
- We will price match any comparable product offered by a retailer that operates both online and has a physical retail presence.
- We do not price match against Ebay, Amazon, marketplace platforms, or private sales.
- What Qualifies as a Comparable Product

We will match any natural diamond that has a valid certificate number (engraved on the girdle). -

To qualify, specifications will need to match exactly, and clear evidence and links are required to verify price match i.e., design, gemstone, weight, colour, clarity, cut grade, stone shape, and metal type. - Price Match Conditions
- The competitor’s price must be the full, regular retail price.
- Discounted, promotional, clearance, or sale items are not eligible.

- Exclusions We will not price match:
- Retailers in administration, liquidation, or outlet stores.
- Transactions using Interest-Free Finance, Amex, or corporate cards.
- Process & Discretion
- All in-store price matches need to be approved by the manager.
- Fast-track production may not be available on price-matched orders.
- No other promotional codes or discounts may be applied in conjunction with a price match.
- Neve Jewels reserves the right to refuse a price match based on objective criteria listed above.
- Time Frame & Accuracy
- Once a price is verified and matched, it will be honoured for 24 hours.
- This guarantee applies only before purchase. If you’ve already bought a product, our standard 30-day return policy still applies.
- The guarantee does not apply in the event of pricing or typographical errors by either party.
- General
- This does not affect your rights under BW 6 or the Consumer Rights Directive.

CARE PLAN FOR JEWELRY
Neve Jewels NL BV offers this extra protection for your jewellery. The Jewels Care Plan can be purchased for all gold carat weights, gemstones or diamond jewellery within 30 days of the original purchase from Neve Jewels NL BV.
To keep this service plan valid, recognized professionals from Neve Jewels NL BV must carry out all work, repairs and customization.
We supply the labor and parts necessary to keep the merchandise in a usable and portable condition, provided that this service is required by wear and tear of the merchandise during normal use of the merchandise under the conditions for which it is designed. This service plan is a “repair” plan and all decisions regarding repair or replacement are governed exclusively by the right of Neve Jewels NL BV,
Our Jewels Care Plan does not cover any loss or theft, excessive misuse or neglect, improper handling or damage caused by accidents, fire or force majeure. The original proof of purchase must be attached to verify the covered goods and the purchase of the plan. This plan is not transferable. The plan varies in price from 120€ for 1 year to 470€ for 5 years.
The plan covers the following repairs and services.
- Re-fastening of claws, once every 12 months
- Rhodining white gold rings, once every 12 months
- Soldering of chains/bracelets, once every 12 months
- Reset/tightening of diamonds and gemstones, once every 12 months
- Cleaning, checking and polishing, once every 12 months
- Replacing earring stoppers, once every 12 months
- Soldering earring rods, once every 12 months
- Replacement of closure (same as original), once every 12 months
- Ring size change up to 2 sizes, up to once per plan (does not include remaking rings; certain styles of rings are not suitable for a size change and are excluded from the size change service under this plan)
- This does not affect your rights under Dutch Civil Code BW 6 or the Consumer Rights Directive.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The customer is only eligible for Returns and Refunds if he/she full-fills the following conditions:
- Jewelry that is engraved, custom-made or reduced are not eligible for return and refund.
- In order to be able to return the jewelry for a refund, the jewelry must be in original packaging in a perfect condition with the barcode/security label that is intact. We have a 30-day return policy.
- Our 30 days return policy supplements our 14 days withdrawal rights under DCC or the CRD.
- For non-conformity, remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination. There is no strict time limit if the customer notifies us of the issue reasonably.
- The customer has a 14-day withdrawal which supplements our 30 day return policy for distance sales (excluding- personalized/engraved items); and may notify us to cancel the order.
- Products bought via distance sales can be returned within 14 days. You may notify us to cancel the order. (Exclusion- Personalised products).
- If a diamond has fallen out of the ring or has been lost, it is not covered by our return policy and no replacement is guaranteed. We recommend that you insure the jewelry to protect yourself from such accidents. Our advice to you is to inspect your item as soon as it accepts you and notify Diamonds Factory of any defects or damage. - The jewellery sold at discount prices cannot be replaced at the same discount price.
- The shipping costs for returning the product are solely the responsibility of the customer and will only be refunded in the event that there is a manufacturing defect with the product.
Note: Return your purchase via DHL and insure the package for the full purchase amount. Diamonds Factory is not responsible for damage or loss of package during shipment. Shipping is at your own cost unless the product is faulty.
A warranty period of 02 years is mandated by law in Netherland, depending on the expected lifespan of the item.
Your CRA rights are not affected by our commercial warranty.
DAMAGED AND USED ITEMS
- You must check the products as soon as you receive the same, with regards to any fault or damage. Kindly notify the same within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- We will then arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the Dutch Civil Code (BW Boek 7). However, failing to do so within 30 working days may limit your right to a refund, but your statutory non-conformity rights remain valid for the expected lifespan of the product.
- If your package or item arrives damaged, refuse delivery or contact us immediately via service@diamondsfactory.eu. If your item or package is damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
- Returned goods must be unworn and in impeccable condition. Items with clear traces of use or modifications by a jeweler other than Diamonds Factory are not accepted.
- Every product comes with a bar coded security tag which needs to be intact, breaking this tag will void your 30 Days returns.
- Products must be returned with the original label to it or next to the product.
- All returns are reviewed by our operational team before they are accepted. Assessment usually takes between 7-10 days to be processed.
- Any item that has been repaired, reduced or engraved by a third party that is not registered with or approved by Diamonds Factory shall void the manufacturing warranty.
- Return your purchase via a trusted courier and insure the package for the full purchase amount. Diamonds Factory is not responsible for damage or loss during shipment.
- Items sent to our office without secure packaging and shipped beyond the return period, will not be eligible for refunds.
- All earrings must be returned unworn to qualify for an exchange.
RING SIZE CHANGE
Ring Resizing is an additional service and does not affect your rights under Dutch Civil Code BW 6 or the Consumer Rights Directive.
Getting the right ring size can be a complicated task. We offer options for changing size depending on your ring type and complexity. Worn items can be reduced except for complete eternity rings. Below you can read more about the process for changing the size and additional information. Our team is always there for you if you have any questions about the size of your ring. Also, resizing is an additional service and does not affect your DCC rights for faulty products. Our team will assess the feasibility before confirming the costs and you will be notified in advance.
Engagement and diamond rings:
For simple straps, without diamonds or gems, we offer free reduction to 2 sizes larger or smaller
within 30 days of receiving the item.
For each size change that exceeds two sizes, we charge €69.
For diamond or gemstone engagement rings (including custom-made rings), the jewelry must first be assessed to determine whether the size can be changed or whether it needs to be remade. In both cases, adjusting the size within 30 days is free of charge up to 2 sizes larger or smaller. For adjustments of more than 2 sizes, a minimum of €69 will be charged.
Eternity rings:
Full eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, full eternity rings cannot be adjusted and must be replaced within 30 days of receipt. The price depends on the difference in price between the sizes with a minimum of €69.
Half & three quarter eternity rings: Due to the nature of the setting, all half and three quarters of eternity rings must be judged to be sure or they can be enlarged or reduced or that they need to be re-made, for which costs are charged. The price depends on the difference in price between the sizes with a minimum of €69.
Wedding Rings:
For simple rings, without diamonds or without gemstone wedding rings, we offer free reduction to 2 sizes larger or smaller within 30 days of receiving the item(s). For increasing or decreasing more than two formats, a price of minimum €69 will be charged. All rings are reviewed by our team before the price is confirmed.
With diamonds or gemstone-occupied wedding rings should be inspected before the format is changed to ensure that the nature of the setting allows for a change of size.
Custom made rings:
We offer free format customization for up to two sizes larger or smaller within 30 days of receipt, provided that a format change is possible. For a resizing of more than 2 sizes, €69 will be charged. Upon receipt of your request, our team will assess whether to adjust the format is possible and discuss this with you. Depending on the complexity of your ring, adjusting the size may result in additional costs that are for your account. This also applies if the ring has to be made from scratch if the size cannot be adjusted as desired. You will be informed in advance about any additional costs. Then it is confirmed whether the format change should be made.
MOBILE MESSAGING SERVICE
- The Diamonds Factory mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Neve Jewels Limited. Your use of the service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”).
- We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice, we may also change these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes means that you accept these changes.
- By agreeing to Diamonds Factory SMS/text messaging Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Diamonds Factory via your wireless carrier to the mobile number you specified, even if your mobile number is registered on a state or federal Non-Calling list.
- We and the group companies will only send SMS/text messages with your express consent in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and subject to the E-privacy regulations and our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to the company’s SMS/text messaging Service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from/on behalf of the Company and Group Companies via your wireless carrier to the mobile number you specified.
- We and Group Companies comply with GDPR, including identifying ourselves as the sender in every message and providing a functional unsubscribe facility.
- You are solely responsible for all costs and fees related to text messages imposed by your wireless provider. The message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

REPLATING
To maintain the white gold whiteness of your jewellery through the years, your ring might need to be replated. We do offer Rhodium plating along with cleaning and polishing for a fee of 59€. Please contact our team for more information.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), but we will notify you and mitigate impacts. This does not affect your rights under Dutch Civil Code BW 6 or the Consumer Rights Directive.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the rest of these Terms.

Orders

- On acceptance, we will send you an Order Receipt that will have all your order details agreed by you at

Delivery

- Any item purchased with us has to be collected within 90 days from when it arrives in-store. Any order not collected within 90 days will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee of the full order value.

Price Match Offer
- We will only price match like for like online/store products and offers. i.e specifications will need to match exactly and links are required to verify price match.
- When price matching against individual certified diamonds, please be aware this will be subject to availability. We will endeavour to find an alternative.
- We cannot accept Interest Free Finance, Amex or corporate cards for price match sales.
- We will not price match with Ebay/Amazon/Marketplaces or Private Sales websites.
- We do not price match with lab grown or treated diamonds.
- For purchases in stores, price match sign off will be at Manager's discretion.
- Price match orders may not be possible or eligible for fast track production.

Jewellery Care Plan
Neve jewels Ltd offers this added protection for your fine jewellery. The Jewellery Care Plan may be purchased to cover any carat gold, gemstone, or diamond jewellery within 30 days of the original purchase at Neve Jewels Ltd.
For this service plan to remain valid, authorised Neve Jewels ltd craftsmen must perform all workmanship, repairs and custom work.
We will furnish the labour and parts necessary to maintain the merchandise in a useable and wearable condition, provided such service is necessitated by merchandise wear during normal usage of the merchandise under conditions for which it was designed. This service plan is a “repair” plan and all decisions regarding repair or replacement will be the sole right of Neve Jewels Ltd.
Our Jewellery Care Plan does not cover loss or theft, excessive abuse or neglect, improper treatment or damage caused by accidents, fire or acts of God. Original receipt must be attached to verify merchandise covered and purchase of plan. This plan is non transferable. The plan varies in price from 99€ for 1 year to 400€ for 5 years.
The plan covers the following repairs and services.
- Re-tipping of claws once per 12 months
- Rhodium plating for rings in white gold, once per 12 months
- Chain/bracelet soldering, once per 12 months
- Resetting/tightening diamonds and gemstones, once per 12 months
- Cleaning, inspection and polishing per 12 months
- Replacement backs on earrings, once per 12 months
- Soldering earring posts, once per 12 months
- Clasp replacement (same as original), once per 12 months
- Ring sizings up to 2 sizes, maximum once per policy (does not cover reshanking of rings; certain styles of rings are not suitable for resizing and are excluded from the resizing service under this Plan)
Gross total price is inclusive of VAT.
Insurance is not liable to VAT [As Per Notification " Insurance (VAT Notice: 701/36].
No discounts are available for "Add on Products " and "Jewellery Care products".
Returns And Refunds
Engraved items cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
Customised and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Resized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligible products must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in perfect condition.
Products must be returned with the original label attached or included with the product.
All returns will be evaluated by our operations team before being accepted. The evaluation usually takes 10 to 14 days to process.
Customers have 30 days to reject defective products. Add this afterwards: Eligible products must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in perfect condition.
Any diamond that falls out of the ring or is lost will not be covered by our returns policy and replacement is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend that you insure your jewellery to protect against such mishaps. We recommend that you inspect your item as soon as you receive it and notify Diamonds Factory of any defects or damage if you find any problems. Jewellery sold at a discount cannot be replaced at the same price.
The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer and will only be refunded in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Please note: Return your purchase via a reputable courier service and insure the parcel for its full value. Diamonds Factory is not responsible for damage or loss of the parcel during shipping.
Damaged And Used Items
- You must check the products as soon as you receive the same, with regards to any fault or damage. Kindly notify the same within 30 days from the date of delivery and we shall arrange for replacement. However, failing to do so within 30 working days will not be acceptable for any refunds.
- Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than Diamonds Factory will not be accepted. Every product comes with a bar coded security tag which needs to be intact, breaking this tag will void your 30 Days returns.
- Any item repaired, resized or engraved by a third party not registered with or approved by Diamonds
Factory jewellery workshop will void the manufacturing warranty.
- Items sent to our office without secure packaging and shipped beyond the 30-day return period, will not be eligible for refunds.
- All earrings must be returned unworn to be eligible for an exchange.
Ring Resizing
Getting the size of your ring right can be a complicated matter. We offer resizing options depending on your ring type and complexity. Worn items can be resized except full eternity rings. Refer below for the resizing process and additional information. Our team is always available to help if you have any questions regarding the size of your ring.
Engagement and Diamond Rings:

should be carried out.
