The ordering process was fairly quick and we could clearly see options in relation to price, size. materials etc. The order arrived within the timescale given by the shop. Very pleased with the diamond earings. Lab grown diamonds are the future as there are no issues over provenance (blood diamonds etc) or quality.

I love my new ring. We went in with a budget and an open mind to diamond shape / setting and the sales team exceeded expectations and got us a better diamond than what we originally expected to get. We were able to track the ring during the stages of being in the workshop down to final quality checks. It was delivered within 3 weeks of purchase. I will definitely be using diamond factory again in the future.
